- Base plans are $97 / $297 / $497 per month — unchanged since at least April 2021. Annual billing is two months free: save $194, $594, or $994 per year by tier.
- Usage fees are the real variable: email $0.675 per 1,000, SMS at Twilio-parity rates plus carrier surcharges that increased in April–May 2026.
- The add-on menu runs from $10 (WhatsApp per sub-account — not the $99 old guides claim) to $500/month (premium support).
- If your prepaid wallet hits zero, HighLevel halts services until it's reloaded — set auto-recharge on day one.
- Ignore "$15–45k MRR" SaaS-mode income claims: HighLevel's own SaaS page publishes no revenue figures, and no primary data backs those numbers.
What do the three GoHighLevel plans cost?
Starter is $97 a month for three sub-accounts with unlimited contacts and users. Unlimited is $297 for unlimited sub-accounts, basic API access, and at-cost rebilling. Agency Pro is $497 and adds SaaS mode plus rebilling with markup — the two features that make reselling GHL a business. Enterprise is custom. These exact price points appear in reviews as far back as April 2021, which makes GHL's base pricing one of the most stable in the category.
The annual toggle is plain two-months-free math, and it's worth stating in dollars because almost nobody does. Starter is $970 a year (saves $194 against monthly billing), Unlimited $2,970 (saves $594), Agency Pro $4,970 (saves $994). If you've survived your first sixty days and you're staying, monthly billing means paying 20% more for the same year.
What are GoHighLevel's usage fees?
Every plan meters communication separately: email at $0.675 per 1,000 sends, SMS at Twilio-parity rates (about $0.0079 per segment domestically), voice minutes likewise. Premium workflow actions run $0.01 per execution, and AI features bill on their own schedule. At moderate single-location volume this adds roughly $25 a month — our setup guide walks the full $122/month example.
2026 brought real movement here, and the details matter. Effective April 1, AT&T's pass-through carrier fee rose from $0.0030 to $0.0035 per SMS ($0.0075 to $0.0090 for MMS); Verizon followed May 1 with toll-free increases. Separately, April and May updates repriced international SMS and voice routes — some sharply (Bangladesh SMS went from $0.3869 to $0.5962 per message). Standard US base rates didn't change; the surcharges on top of them did. If your bill crept up this spring without your volume changing, that's why.
Wallets, rebilling, and the zero-balance trap
All usage fees draw from a prepaid wallet, and HighLevel's documentation is blunt about what happens when it empties: "LC Services will be temporarily halted if the Wallet goes negative. A successful payment is required to reload the wallet to begin services." Halted means your missed-call text back doesn't send and your appointment reminders don't go out — silently. Auto-recharge tops the wallet up whenever the balance drops below your threshold. Turn it on day one. Two fine-print items: auto-recharge can't use 3DS-only cards, and some charges post 6–24 hours after the activity.
For agencies, rebilling is the economics of the whole model. On the $297 plan you can rebill usage to clients at cost; markup requires the $497 plan. It works as a multiplier on wallet debits — HighLevel's own example: at a 5x multiplier, $10 of Twilio charges bills the client's wallet $50. The default is set at 1.05x to cover Stripe fees, and everything above that is margin. One warning from the FAQs: disabling SaaS mode permanently deletes client wallets (balances are emailed to the agency) — don't toggle it casually.
What about SaaS-mode revenue claims?
Affiliate blogs love citing "$15–45k MRR at 70% margins" for GHL resellers. Here's what we can verify: nothing. HighLevel's official SaaS-mode page contains no revenue figures at all — just the phrase "high-margin, recurring revenue." The configurator facts are real and useful: you can create up to 99 SaaS plans, set monthly and annual prices freely, offer trial periods, and issue complimentary credits. Special per-client pricing is supported too. What you can charge is whatever your market bears, and anyone quoting you a typical number is selling a course.
The honest framing for an agency: SaaS mode's value is the $497 plan's markup rebilling plus automated sub-account provisioning — the full white-label breakdown covers the mechanics. Whether that becomes real margin depends on fulfillment capacity, which is a hire-vs-DIY decision of its own.
How much is GoHighLevel per month, all-in?
