You manage the work, not the paperwork

If a hire is not working, we replace them

Within thirty days, no charge. You are not stuck. The vetting funnel exists so this almost never happens, but we own the failure when it does.

How fast can someone start?

Most roles go from the first call to a shortlist in about a week, and the specialist you pick can begin the free trial within days of you choosing them.

What if the hire does not work out?

You trial for three days before committing. After that, if it is not working inside the first thirty days, we replace them or refund the trial. There are no placement fees either way.

Who actually employs the specialist?

Webly Studio does. We are the employer of record and handle contracts, payroll, taxes and compliance in their country. You sign one US agreement with us.

Do I manage them day to day?

Yes. They embed with your team, use your tools and channels, and take direction from you. We hold the employment relationship in the background.
