The story

Five years ago we started a one-person agency. Eleven names later we are still here.

Built quietly. Funded by clients. Run by people who care about being known for the work.

Samar Faizan started Webly because the agencies he was hiring kept disappointing the businesses he believed in. Slow replies. Vague scopes. People who disappeared the day after the contract was signed.

The first version was just him. Then a co-founder, Ishaq, who would not let a pipeline ship if it had a single dropped event. Then Parsa, who turned chaos into Monday-morning calendar invites. Then Bilal, who walked into clients' sales calls and stayed for the next eighteen months.

Today Webly is a remote team spread across the map, an agency that ships, and a recruiting funnel that vets a hundred applicants for every three finalists you meet. Small enough that everyone knows the brief. Big enough that nothing falls through.

These are the rules we agreed to when we started Webly. We re-read them every quarter.

    Quality is the only deadline

    We will ship slow before we ship sloppy. The trust is the brand. Speed is downstream of that.

    We name our work

    Real people, real case studies, real outcomes. No stock photos. No AI faces. No anonymous testimonials.

    We tell you no

    If we are not the right team for the job we say so. We would rather lose the work than ship the wrong work.

    Top of local market on day one. Bonuses for retention. We hire once and hold on.

    Setup, decisions, credentials, processes. When you wind down with us you can keep running. No held-hostage accounts.
