FAQ
The questions people ask before they reach out.
No fixed packages, no fine print, no faceless queue. Here is how pricing, timelines, the people doing the work, and the commitment actually run — answered straight.
Engagement and pricing
How it is priced and how an engagement runs.
Custom-scoped after a free audit. Two engines, no one-size package.
How does pricing work?
Every engagement is custom-scoped, so we do not publish fixed packages or price tags. We start with a free audit, agree on the outcome you actually want, and quote against that scope — no one-size bundle and no surprise line items.
Why are there no prices on the site?
Because the honest number depends on the work. A vetted specialist you manage and a full done-for-you growth engine are priced very differently, and even within one engine the scope varies a lot. We would rather quote the real thing after a short call than post a price that would not hold.
What are the two ways to work with you?
Two engines. You can hire a vetted specialist who is employed by us and managed by you day to day, or you can hand us the work as one senior done-for-you team. Some clients do both — a specialist running the day-to-day while we deliver the heavier builds.
What does a typical engagement look like?
It opens with the free audit and a scoping conversation, then we start with the piece that matters most rather than everything at once. From there it is steady delivery against an agreed outcome, with a named point of contact and reporting tied to the number that moves your business.
How fast can we start?
The audit and scoping happen within days of you reaching out. For done-for-you work, kickoff usually follows shortly after scope is agreed; for a specialist hire, sourcing and vetting take a little longer because we cut hard before you ever interview anyone. We will give you a realistic ramp on the call, not an inflated one.
How we work together
The people, the process, and who is accountable.
Real named specialists we employ, one point of contact, and revisions handled in the open.
Who are the specialists, and do you actually employ them?
They are real, named people we source, vet, train and manage. When you hire through us we act as the employer of record — we handle the contract, payroll, taxes and compliance in their country — while they take direction straight from you like any in-house hire.
How do you vet people before I meet them?
We open a wide search and cut it down hard, so a large field of applicants becomes a short list of people we would stake our name on. You interview and make the final call — we are placing a member of your team, not selling you a seat.
Who is my point of contact, and how do you communicate?
One named, accountable team — never a faceless queue or a mystery subcontractor chain. You get a clear point of contact, and we report on a weekly or monthly rhythm depending on the engagement, always tied to revenue and the next decision rather than vanity dashboards.
How are revisions and scope changes handled?
Revisions are a normal part of getting the work right, and we build that into how we deliver. If the scope itself grows or shifts, we talk about it openly and agree the change before doing it — no silent scope creep, and no surprise invoices after the fact.
Do you document the work?
Yes. Everything is written down as we build it, so you are never held hostage to a team that will not hand things over. The work is yours, and you can take it with you.
Support, commitment and refunds
Ongoing support, the terms, and the honest fine print.
What ongoing looks like, how commitment works, and our no-refund stance stated plainly.
What does ongoing support look like?
For done-for-you engagements, support is the engagement — we keep running and improving the work month to month, not just shipping once and disappearing. For a specialist hire, the person stays on your team and we stay the employer behind them, handling the administrative side so you can focus on the work.
Is this month-to-month or a long commitment?
Most engagements run on a rolling basis rather than locking you into a long fixed term, and a short trial period on specialist hires lets both sides be sure before committing. We will spell out the exact terms in writing before you sign anything — no fine-print traps.
What is your refund policy?
We operate a no-refund policy. We are upfront about that before you start so there are no surprises, and we would rather tell you on the audit call that we are not the right fit than take on work we should not. The full terms are set out on our terms page.
What if we are not the right fit for each other?
Then we will say so early. We would rather be honest on the call than three months in, and the free audit is partly there so both sides can decide before any commitment is made.
Still have a question? Ask it on the audit.
Start with a free audit and a real conversation. We will give you straight answers, and tell you honestly whether we are the right team for what you need.
