Privacy Policy

How Webly Studio Inc. handles your information. The full policy on weblystudio.com remains the controlling version.

Last updated June 21, 2026

Webly Studio Inc. respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, the choices you have and your rights. It covers weblystudio.com and our work with clients and applicants.

Who we are

Webly Studio Inc. is registered in Delaware, USA and operates as a global remote studio, with team members in Pakistan and elsewhere. We place vetted specialists with US businesses and run done-for-you growth. For any privacy question, contact support@weblystudio.com.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you book a call, fill in a form or message us, we collect your name, email, phone number, company and whatever you choose to write to us. When you apply for a role you give us your name, contact details, work history and any portfolio or files you submit. When you become a client you share the materials needed to do the work, such as account access, brand assets, files and billing details.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, in server logs used to keep the site secure and running.

How we use your information

To respond to your enquiry and arrange a call. To review job applications and contact candidates. To deliver the services in your agreement, including campaigns, builds and ongoing work. To send administrative messages about our work together, our terms or this policy. To operate, secure and improve our website. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Cookies and third-party tools

We keep this site light. We do not currently run advertising or analytics cookies on weblystudio.com. Some pages embed third-party tools that may set their own cookies or receive data when you use them: the Calendly scheduler on our contact page when you book a call, and Typeform on our careers applications when you apply. Those tools are governed by their own privacy policies. Advertising we run on your behalf as a client happens inside your own Google or Meta accounts under your engagement.

How we share information

We share personal data only where needed: with service providers who help us operate, such as our website host, email provider, scheduling and form tools, and a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor for client billing; with advertising platforms only inside the accounts and engagements you ask us to run; and with authorities or professional advisers where we are legally required or need to protect our rights. We do not sell your personal information to data brokers.

International data transfer

We are a global remote team. When you contact us or work with us, your information may be accessed and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States and Pakistan, where data-protection laws may differ from those where you live. By using our site or engaging us you understand and consent to this, and we take reasonable steps to protect your data wherever it is handled.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it, for as long as our relationship is active, and for any period required by law or to resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing support@weblystudio.com, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain uses, and to withdraw consent. If you are in the EEA or UK these are your GDPR rights. If you are a California resident you have rights under the CCPA, including to know what we collect, to request deletion and to opt out of any sale of personal information; we do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, email support@weblystudio.com and we will respond within a reasonable time and as required by law.

Security

We use encryption in transit, reputable service providers and access controls to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.

Children's privacy

Our site and services are for businesses and professionals and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. When we do we will revise the date shown above. Significant changes will be made clear on this page. Continuing to use our site or services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
