The challenge

Freedom Earned Rentals runs a Turo fleet, where a missed call can mean a missed booking or a renter stranded at the worst possible moment. They needed a phone system that routed every call to the right person by shift and never dropped an emergency.

The back office had the same problem. Applications, revenue splits and contracts were manual, which meant they were slow and easy to get wrong.

What we did

We built their phone system in GoHighLevel: time-based routing that hands calls to the right operator by shift and by day, an emergency submenu, and failover to support and voicemail so nothing goes unanswered. Calls are recorded and voicemails are delivered straight to the team by SMS.

Around it, we replaced a clunky Monday.com application form with a proper GoHighLevel "Join the Fleet" form, built revenue-ledger automation that handles the owner split, and automated the contract flow so the paperwork keeps up with the bookings.

The results

Every call now lands with the right person at the right time, and the emergencies that used to slip through have a guaranteed path. The system runs itself, day and night.
