FAQ

The questions people ask before they reach out.

Straight answers on how our digital marketing agency prices work, how fast we start, who the specialists are, and how support and commitment run.

Engagement and pricing

How it is priced and how an engagement runs.

Scoped after a Discovery Call, then quoted against the outcome you want.

How does pricing work?

Every engagement is scoped to the work, so we don't post fixed packages or price tags. We start on a Discovery Call, agree on the outcome you want, and quote against that scope. You get one clear price for the work in front of you.

Why are there no prices on the site?

The honest number depends on the work. A specialist you manage and full done-for-you marketing are priced very differently, and scope varies even within a single service. We'd rather quote the real number after a short call than post one that won't hold.

What are the two ways to work with you?

Two ways. Hire a vetted marketing specialist who's employed by us and managed by you day to day, or hand us the marketing as one senior done-for-you team. Some clients do both: a specialist on the day-to-day while we run the heavier campaigns and builds.

What does a typical engagement look like?

It opens with a Discovery Call and a scoping conversation. We start with the piece that matters most, not everything at once. From there it's steady delivery against an agreed outcome, with a named point of contact and reporting tied to the number that moves your business.

How fast can we start?

The call and scoping happen within days of you reaching out. For done-for-you work, kickoff follows shortly after scope is agreed. For a specialist hire, sourcing and vetting take a little longer, because we cut hard before you ever interview anyone. You'll get a realistic ramp on the call, not an inflated one.

How we work together

The people, the process, and who runs your work.

Named specialists we employ, one point of contact, revisions handled in the open.

Who are the specialists, and do you actually employ them?

Real, named people we source, vet, train, and manage. When you hire through us, we're the employer of record: we handle the contract, payroll, taxes, and compliance in their country. They take direction straight from you, like any in-house hire.

How do you vet people before I meet them?

We open a wide search and cut hard, so a large field of applicants becomes a short list we'd stake our name on. You interview and make the final call. We're placing a member of your team, not selling you a seat.

Who is my point of contact, and how do you communicate?

You get one named point of contact and a US-based team behind them. We report weekly or monthly depending on the engagement, always tied to revenue and the next decision, not vanity dashboards.

How are revisions and scope changes handled?

Revisions are part of getting the work right, and we build them into how we deliver. If the scope itself grows or shifts, we agree on the change and the cost before we do it, so the invoice always matches what you approved.

Do you document the work?

Yes. Everything is written down as we build, so you're never held hostage to a team that won't hand things over. The work is yours. Take it with you.

Support, commitment and refunds

Ongoing support, the terms, and the honest fine print.

What ongoing looks like, how commitment works, and our no-refund stance, stated plainly.

What does ongoing support look like?

For done-for-you engagements, support is the engagement. We keep running and improving the work month to month, not shipping once and disappearing. For a specialist hire, the person stays on your team and we stay the employer behind them, handling the admin so you can focus on the work.

Is this month-to-month or a long commitment?

Most engagements run month to month rather than locking you into a long fixed term, and a short trial period on specialist hires lets both sides be sure before committing. We spell out the exact terms in writing before you sign anything, in plain language.

What is your refund policy?

We operate a no-refund policy. We're upfront about it before you start, and we'd rather tell you on the call that we're not the right fit than take on work we shouldn't. The full terms are on our terms page.

What if we are not the right fit for each other?

Then we say so early. We'd rather be straight on the call than three months in, and the Discovery Call is partly there so both sides can decide before any commitment.

Still have a question? Ask it on the call.

Bring the question to a Discovery Call. We'll give you straight answers and tell you whether we're the right team for what you need.
