You will be matched with a US based client and work as their dedicated Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant. This is not data entry in a corner. You will be a core part of how their business runs day to day. Every client is different so adaptability matters more than any single skill.

Email and Calendar Management

Own your client's inbox and calendar. Triage emails, draft responses, schedule meetings, manage reschedules and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Scheduling and Appointment Coordination

Book calls, coordinate across time zones, send confirmations and reminders and keep your client's day organized so they can focus on running their business.

Client Communication and Follow-Ups

Handle client facing messages, follow up on pending items, respond to inquiries and keep communication flowing on behalf of your client. Professionalism and tone matter here.

Social Media and Content Support

Assist with scheduling posts, creating basic graphics in Canva, writing captions, engaging with comments and keeping social channels active and consistent.

Data Entry and Document Management

Maintain spreadsheets, update CRMs, organize files in Google Drive, prepare reports and keep everything clean and easy to find.

Research and Administrative Support

Conduct market research, competitor lookups, vendor sourcing, travel planning and any other admin tasks your client needs done accurately and fast.

General Business Support

Every client operates differently. You may handle invoicing, onboarding support, project tracking or anything else the business needs. Flexibility is the job.

  • Strong written and verbal communication in English. You will be on calls and writing emails on behalf of US clients.
  • Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude for everyday tasks like drafting, research and summarizing.
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or GoHighLevel.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing including funnels, email marketing, social media strategy and lead generation.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp or Trello.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Canva.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a virtual assistant, executive assistant or admin support role. Real experience, not just course certificates.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
  • Someone who takes initiative and solves problems before being asked.
  • Professional, reliable and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Client Matching

When a US client needs a VA/EA we match you and schedule a meeting. This can happen with as little as 2 to 3 hours notice or even on the spot. You need to be available and prepared during US business hours.
