Webly Studio is a revenue infrastructure agency built in Pakistan and serving US and UK businesses. We run digital marketing, web development, paid ads, CRM automation, and remote talent placement for multiple clients simultaneously. Our team is lean and every person carries real weight. There is no middle management layer. There is no room for people who need to be chased. The Project Manager is the person who keeps the entire agency running on time, on scope, and on standard. If you want to be at the center of how a real agency operates and not just watch from the sidelines, this is the role.
You will sit at the center of Webly Studio's operations. Your job is not to work with one client or one department. You will manage the entire delivery pipeline across all active clients, coordinate every team member, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You will report directly to the founder. You are the person who turns chaos into structure and keeps it that way.
Manage active client projects simultaneously across digital marketing, web development, social media, CRM automation, and SEO. Build timelines, define milestones, assign tasks, and track progress for every single one. When a client asks where things stand, you should already know the answer.
Coordinate daily across the design team, development, social media, and sales. Run standups, assign priorities, follow up on blockers, and make sure every team member knows exactly what they owe and when. You are the connective tissue between departments.
Own and manage all Monday.com boards across every client and internal project. Every task must have a clear owner, due date, status, and priority. You build the systems that prevent things from slipping. If a board is messy, that is on you.
Send daily end of day reports to clients. Handle status updates, change requests, and expectation management. You are the first point of contact for clients asking about deliverables. Weekly internal reports to the founder on project health, team performance, and blockers.
Review every deliverable before it goes to a client. Catch errors, missed requirements, and inconsistencies. You do not do the design or the development yourself, but you are the last checkpoint before anything leaves the agency.
Document workflows, create standard operating procedures, and build repeatable systems. When the same mistake happens twice, you fix the process so it never happens a third time. You are not just managing tasks. You are building the operating system of the agency.
Keep Slack organized. Make sure the right conversations happen in the right channels. Follow up on unanswered threads. Flag items that need attention. Nothing should sit unread or unresolved for more than a few hours during working hours.
These are the tools you will use every single day at Webly Studio. If you are not already comfortable with the ones marked as required, this role is not for you.
Do not apply if: You have never used Monday.com or a similar project management tool professionally. You cannot manage multiple projects and teams at the same time. You need to be told what to do next instead of figuring it out yourself. You are not comfortable holding team members accountable when deadlines are missed. We review every application carefully and will not move forward with candidates who do not meet these baseline requirements.

This is not a typical job application. Here is how our hiring process works:
Submit your application through the form below.
Our team reviews your application. Qualified candidates move to the assessment stage.
Complete a short assessment with scenario based questions to show how you think and operate under real agency conditions.
Shortlisted candidates are interviewed by the Webly Studio founder.
If selected, you start with a structured onboarding into our tools, clients, team workflows, and SOPs.
Important: This is an internal role at Webly Studio, not a client placement. You will be managing our team and our client delivery pipeline directly. If you are looking for a single client VA role, this is not the right fit. We need someone who can run the operations of an entire agency.
